Al Bataeh sign a second USA player, ex Ahly Benghazi- September 22, 2022
POSTED BY: Yusuf Abduljalil
He was about to sign at Ahly Benghazi in Libyan D1 league. He also played for Al Morog (D1). He is a very experienced player. Coles has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to seven different countries on four different continents (Europe, Asia, Africa and of course North America). He has played previously professionally in Bosnia (Siroki), Germany (Schwelm), Kosovo (Prishtina), Morocco (IRT Tanger), Qatar (Al Sadd, Al Ahli and Al Wakrah), Tunisia (US Monastir) and North Macedonia (Lirija). Coles won Basketball Africa League championship title in 2022 and the cup in 2022. He graduated from Canisius College in 2012 and it is his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball. Coles' game is described as: A "classic" scoring point guard specimen from New York, has great personality on the court. Coles is shooting with a terrific percentages in his first pro season, and he is still learning the PG job; but due to his size and athleticism he is a major prospect for the next level.
